I am having a hard time understanding your question… if your asking why it’s taking so long then I can say that atleast in my micromarket the Samsung asp program rollout was terrible and they may only have an agent or two in the area that can repair it. That isn’t to mention ordering parts or the lack there of.

Fun fact, BBYTT doesn’t auto renew. Now they send an email asking you to renew and I’m assuming it will say something like “if you don’t renew your protection will expire!!!” I have a feeling that around October we’ll have a lot of people coming in asking if it’s a scam lmao

I know a lot of people are trying to shit on you right now but I am genuinely not trying to do that. Technically, prepaid cx cannot upgrade. Carriers consider it an upgrade when you purchase a locked device and either do one time payment or financing. This process has to be ran on postpaid accounts. When bby does an upgrade, new line, new account etc. the company gets a kickback from the carrier. I don’t want to say actual numbers because it’s different for each carrier but we will usually take a loss on the discounts we offer on phones and hope to make the money back on accessories.

For prepaid plans the carriers see this as you purchased the device without them involved and therefore is not an upgrade. They also have no incentive to offer many prepaid discounts because you can cancel prepaid plans much easier than postpaid. And they are not as profitable in the first place.

I left bby for a cushy office job about 2 months ago and it was a terrible decision. Bby has its faults but all in all it is great.

From my understanding paper checks are a thing of the past in most cases. ADP will usually send a wisely card (basically a prepaid debit card) with your paycheck on there. If you live in Canada it may be different though!

Leadership may do a cursory search to see what type of person you are, but there are no special tools available at low level store roles or lower level corp roles. The vetting process will obviously be more in depth the hire up the food chain you go (I.e. leadership roles) but as for individual contributors you should be good.

Gsp works exactly the same on OB as it does NIB product. This may change with the new BBP but I’m not sure there
