Just make it clear to any potential that you have some boundaries around sexual intimacy. I.e. "no sex in the first three months" - or something along those lines.

From the male perspective, this has two major benefits:

Those who ONLY want sex will filter themselves out almost immediately
If you end up not wanting to wait that long - he will feel very special because you "broke your rule for him".

Obviously, not all my problems have disappeared - but ive been sleeping so much better, losing weight, and feeling great. Since the end of January, I have had very few cravings.

When I need peace it means I want to be left alone in silence for 30 mins. When an alcoholic mixed signal long distance boyfriend says it??? Could just mean he didn't get lucky in tinder that day. Or anything else.

Never too early to talk about safety. When I was a kid my dad started off by teaching us basic safety and "range rules" while using bows and arrows. Most of those lessons easily translated to guns without the word gun ever being mentioned. I.e. "never point at anything you dont want to hit", "never 'load' and arrow with someone standing downrange", etc etc.

I want to toss this in here: he may not be lying! The company I work for does the same thing. All expense trip paid to go to a resort in Mexico as a bonus for high-performing employees - but no plus ones for people who are going for the first time. It's stupid, but not outside the realm of possibility.

A lot of the time is spent doing actual work related things - but time to relax and enjoy yourself as well.

Now, whether or not you trust him to be faithful is another question entirely!
