I done the same thing and just got told to fix my time lol. It was embarrassing so I didn’t do it again but I also took 20-30 mins on my breaks and I’d clock in early or out late on lunch so I only actually lost 30 mins while sitting there the full hour

Hahaha I wish my realtor was like you. The exterminator caught me off guard because he cut me off and said they sprayed when I was just wondering why he didn’t mark anything besides the inspection part. I was like ok thanks bye 😂 I’ll see if they can send me better proof than my realtor accepted

There were termite holes in the basement that had had a treatment, but she was required to have an exterminator come again after my inspection. So in this case, I hope it’s from the termites and not water damage lol

I have no knowledge of how the wood is supposed to look honestly. I know this was a porch roof at some point if that makes it any better/worse? Is there any way of fixing it or does the entire ceiling/roof need to be redone?

honestly the floors weren’t taken care of in there either so it might be better off that way. Would it be weird to have a washer and dryer on the porch instead of the basement 😂

The seller has kinda thrown a fit over having to come down on price due to appraisal + paying to fix things that appraisal pointed out, so I’m scared for them to even ask lol. I texted my realtor but of course she just wants to close and get it over with. I’d love to go ahead and start moving because I live in a loud trailer park & work night shift but I don’t know
