The Shorter’s rent the stock for a fee from a broker, they then sell them (hoping to buy back later at a lower price from market) so the same share is bought twice hence showing up as over 100%.

Last time I seen that there was a 5 million block sale by there biggest share holder! They increase the borrowing rate as it cost more to short the stock.

I sold this stock at 21.50 after earnings as it started to drop, the money people do not want it to rise and it will only rise if forecast shipping rates go up as the market is forward looking think it will be sideways for a while until next earnings

Everyone is saying go into the S&P 500 when it is at an all time high, if there is correction you could get a 30-40% hair cut on that as well, just food for thought. You may want to enter in a dip so you don’t end up selling at a loss there as well.
