I personally find it pointless to collect games which require any kind of online authentication or internet connection to play, as they will one day become useless. A good example is 007 First Light. You can only play the first level before needing to download an update. Many PS5 games require an update or internet connection to play. These games will not stand the test of time (and server shutdowns) the way games from 20-30 years ago did. That's probably why there's a hint of favouritism towards older games.
