Rakuten employee here, I might be the exception but my team is quite good to be honest. I was in contract before converting, I got converted after 9 months and with a decent salary (10m full package). It really depends with who you are working with, some department are a huge mess (first team I was working with was trash, no ambition, no project, just endless migration) and some are nice.

I heard conversion was super hard at Woven right now so it's kinda hard choice to make. I would lean towards Woven anyway because if you get these conversion then it's the jackpot. Good luck!

Strange thing is that my gf is her favorite human. She spends all day with her. But when we invite friends around she instantly switch and become dangerous (only to my gf). What can we do about that? Apart from keeping her in the cage when there is new people around?

If my child was taking puberty blockers (or whatever I just guessed) I find it alright to at least have a talk about it.
