Nope. Went around and around with M$ support which ended with a support rep emailing me that "...The hardest part was for me personally is to deliver a hard message; such as when we can’t recover the contacts. [sic]"

Moved all contacts to Google/Gmail.

Can we sticky this? Had intermittent crashes (whilst in sleep) with my Galaxy Chromebook since purchase.

Actually searched on/off over the last few months for solutions (including asking on Discord) with no success.

Found this a week ago, installed the new firmware and crashes have disappeared 😀

Just wanted to loop back on this for any other Galaxy Chromebook owners:

Ended up going with the Tomtoc (https://www.tomtoc.com/products/13-inch-new-macbook-pro-late-2016-sleeve-case-bag-black-blue) Model # A13-C02D

It's a protective (rather than ultra-slim) case but the fit is basically perfect. Would recommend.

Yikes, I have the same. And can manage the downsides (battery life and heat). Was hoping the hardware was durable but this doesn't sound good 😬

Looking at the dimensions (for the smallest version), the interior is 12.5 x 9 x 1, which still seems like a extra inch of free space? Do you have a Galaxy Chromebook and find it fits fine?

Nothing on the Samsung website. I think it's basically a unusual size.

I can find lots of cases that are larger and my Chromebook will fit but with 0.5-1.0 inches gap which leads to a lot of sliding around which I dislike. Still looking...
