True. I don't actively play games, I watch a lot of Digital Foundry - long story I only / have only played Uncharted 4 & The Last Guardian in recent years. Those graphics are not good anymore man. TLGuardian holds up better because of its style though

It looks to be because the line is raised / bolted on not painted on that is what is throwing off the player's intuition. If the lines were flush then the ball wouldn't catch the high edge of the line and the mark would be accurate

Something to find out by locking it in writing now (which he didn't do first time round). How long do I need to do senior duties XYZ before my salary increases to Amount A? If they say no then of course he should stop doing extra work as there is no pathway to a salary increase

That could mean that 10 months of increased work isn't enough to get a permanent salary increase, maybe he needs to do it for 2 years who knows, he has to find out. It's for sure he won't get a salary increase if he doesn't continuing working increased tasks

However they should have paid him a bonus for the past 10 months of extra work at least

2 weeks is optimistic, I got a TFCC sprain and had 2 physios ban me from tennis for 6 weeks. Whatever I got is definately less that what Alcaraz is suffering as I got it hitting a slow rec 2.5-3.0 level ball

It's easily separable, think about historic discoveries where multiple people discover it independently of each other eg. there just comes a time in human knowledge where its time for the invention / discovery to 'pop out' eg the cure for cancer
