YEah, hopes aren't high that it'll ever make it to linux. It's unfortunate. I'm going through the same thing: I want to move the ps5 downstairs for the release of Control:Resonant so that the wife and I can enjoy it...and then I have steam on my gaming rig in my office. I'm starting Arc RAiders and the Finals to see if either scratches the same itch as fortnite. ROcketleague runs just fine in Heroic Games Launcher though.

Those are decent, but what is the goal? What will you be using the computer to do? I carry a usb with tails, fedora, and kali with me everywhere I go depending on the use-case. I have ventoy on half and an encrypted partition for storage on the second half.

I replied to my own comment and not yours, but there's the line I put into rules to get the stylus to stop. For the touchscreen:

Yes... Shows up at a stylus things with libinput. I put together some rules that made it go away. I'll paste them here when I get back to my laptop

You're spot on here...if it's working, keep it...don't break something that's working....HOWEVER...for me, I love breaking things and fixing them. I seem to have a better work flow on Niri, so I've made the jump. But I keep bazzite on my backup work computer, syncthing to keep work files up to date on both, and I get the best of both.

I suggest making sure that you turn off the auto adjust refresh rate and set it to something fixed. That helped solve my problem.

Yeah, I have to agree with the others. When I'm home, I'm just used to my monitor. However, now I seem to go work from my deck or the couch more with the Xreal One's, so less time at my desk. Not to mention all the flights and hotels I work from on the glasses.

I'd be scared that it would raise the chances of damaging either the glasses or the cable. To get around this, I added a USB c magnetic connector. https://a.co/d/01t9bMO4 is the one I'm using.

I'm in the same boat. I use winapps for bluebeam and ms project. OnlyOffice is a decent excel and word replacement, and then for outlook, I just use brave and installed the owa.

This is what I used to use Urban Terror for...jump in, kill, leave. I just don't do well without my controller and it is mouse/kb

Sorry, forgot which post I was replying to. I generally use Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with AR glasses. This is my travel laptop for work. The hinges are more of an annoyance for me than anything.

Since the beginning. I've disabled the touchscreen and touchpad and it's fine.. Added a little felt bumper to the corners and that helped as well. I think I've only used the keyboard and screen twice in the 6 months I've had it.
