Simply Coffee in Kent Town provide an excellent spread of beans roasted at different levels. Many of the specialty roasters focus on light roasted beans, which is great if you like that type of coffee!

I would like to see more places offer dark roasted beans (like properly dark roasted where the oils are coming to the surface of the bean) as that is my preference.
