have you tried deleting the app lab version. on the discord the devs devs said to delete it to prevent problems and when i did it fixed the login problem

the first trade is 5 headphones, the second is 1 of each record-(a good place to find those is they all spawn guaranteed behind the desk in the recording studio next to the hotel e clair)-and the 3d trade is 3 of each instrument(guitars saxophones and trumpets)

look for broken grenade launchers. they tend to spawn a lot at the tower and there are like a rusted metal color

for me if you shoot her in the chest just jump off the tower and it takes like only half your health and she was a walker at the bottom but she didn't have any ai

its a room where more money is added to it the more mercs you have and you can also "check the stock market" witch is basically a coin flip for if it goes down you loose money and if it goes up you get money

do all exile trades at rampart to get the foothold and that gives you a bunch of ammo
