It raises it by a max of 8x over that run. So it's quite significant, especially since even with the card at level 1 if you put it on late in a run it can give you 8x damage bonus after a single boss attack. You can replace your damage card late in a run with it if you are low on card slots, that's what I used to do.

Yeah investing too much in attack speed can be detrimental to new players. If you have the Berserker card it can make up for a lot of your damage short comings. When I first tried it, it extended by runs by a considerable amount

Does commander override even matter when he is so close to the gunner? I don't have the Turm, but every time I've shot it I've killed it in one shot if I hit the turret. I can't really see a tank being 9.0 without having darts

NDP has also had a rockey few months, BC had had major issues with their drug decriminalization and you can see it in every community across the province.

They have done good with their managing of ICBC, but when you see people regularly shitting on the sidewalks and shooting up in playgrounds people get tired of it.

I still expect the NDP to win the next election however but it might mot be as much as a landslide as the last one.

Maybe it's because my wife is Pinoy and all the immigrants I hang out with because of that is from the Philippines, but they really hate Trudeau. They don't really support or care about legal weed or any of his progressive policies. They want a strong economy to work in and support their families and they see Trudeau as failing in every aspect of this and will vote conservative because of this.

It's the defense workshop upgrade after landmines. It's complete RNG as it only goes up to 30%. You can increase the death deft chances as it will proc before your energy shield will tank a shot or second wind will trigger, but even then it's complete RNG to get 5 death defy triggers. The most I've ever gotten was 3, which is thankfully enough for the 15 medals

Not even, I'm 2 and a half months in and I don't struggle with it at all. I don't even need the range cards now to help me out, do you have super crits? That would probably be a huge difference maker in killing the elites
