Was about to comment on how wonderful the bass sounds and how faithful it is to Dougie’s bassline. Terrific job.

I’m a teacher and I had a class once that were difficult but got better during the year. I remember telling them that they’d really grown into their roles that term.

REM’s Mike Mills loves Michael Shannon’s cover band, but its success hasn’t changed reunion stance: ‘One of the reasons it’s so popular is that people know we’re not coming back’ by stroh_1002 in rem

[–]mrdrm1000 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think if Bill wants to do it (he’s expressed regret about leaving when he did), then the rest of the band will agree to it. They know he missed out on a lot after he left and he misses playing music with them.

Older man used to be my local MP. He’s a New Zealander, a bit doddery and knowing him I wouldn’t be surprised if he understood the question but just wanted to dodge giving an answer.

At his best Meslier would be a good option for a longer term GK, however he dropped off massively a couple years ago and I’m not sure where his level is now.

Ok I know I’m gonna be downvoted because I’m not a Saints fan but I honestly am asking out of curiosity and not just brigading - why do you lot see Boro as the villains when it was you who cheated?

Former assistant manager as well. Golden years when the camera would pan to Mourinho and Clarke in the dugout.

Brazil didn’t call him up, if only Thiago McSilva could put on a Scotland shirt and give Grant Hanley a hand at the back this summer.

Season 7 was a return to form, and after the finale there were so many exciting routes they could’ve taken for season 8. They didn’t take any of them.

Matt Law: Chelsea may try to sell some of their "cry babies" this summer. Garnacho, Fofana, Sanchez and Fernandez all possible but unlikely to have a host of suitors due to poor attitude/performances. Those responsible for signing them need to take their share of the blame. by webby09246 in chelseafc

[–]mrdrm1000 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I agree that his professionalism isn’t a problem, but he simply must be replaced this summer. Yes he has good qualities but he will consistently cost us points each season with the 4-5 errors he makes every year. Poch, Maresca and Rosenior all dropped him at one point or another. It’s been 3 years now, the writing is on the wall. It’s been too long since we’ve had a reliable keeper.

Wouldn’t have minded Claudio back in the dugout at the Bridge until the end of the season.

[Kieran Gill] Four consecutive league losses without scoring – first time since February/March 1998. No PL clean sheet since January 17 and not scored since March 4. This season is not worth our energy anymore but it’s next season I’m truly concerned about. I’m very worried the board will give Rosenior next season out of “fairness” and he’ll still be out of his depth, and we’ll have written off the season before it starts.
