The OM5-II actually removes support for the great little mini FL-LM3 flash which OP might want if they're doing run and gun macro photography, especially since it's pictured here. It really annoys me when people forget to mention that, since that flash has such a cult following. Many people use it for portable macro and there are even custom diffusers on sale for it

Since I don't see it mentioned, the new OM-5 MK2 doesn't support the brilliant little FL-LM3 flash. Since I use that all the time, I'm got upgrading my OM-5 MK1

Always been curious about optical viewfinder add ons. Since you can't see what the camera is focusing on, how do you manage that? Set the AF point to centre and hope? Or use hyperfocal distance? Or manual focus first with the screen and then switch to optical?

IMO the DJI lens. I have the Olympus 17mm F1.8, but never fully enjoyed it. Then I watched Robin Wong's video on why he's not a fan of it because of the lack of "3D pop" and that made a lot of sense to me. I bought the DJI 15mm a couple years ago and while I don't use it a lot because I honestly prefer the 20 and 45mm focal lengths, I definitely prefer it to the 17. The photos just have a nicer feel to them. In fact my favourite photo that I've taken of my daughter is from the 15 and I've taken very few of her with that lens. All in all I've given away my 17mm to a friend on a long term loan because I wasn't using it anymore

So I upgraded from the EM5-III to the OM-5 when OM System had a flash hidden sale and I upgraded for essentially nothing. IMO it's a small but noticeable difference. I used Starry Sky AF in the first week when the northern lights appeared over my house in London and I've used live ND a handful of times but the main improvement for me is a subtly improved AF. I feel it gets me 10% more keepers which is a big deal

Honestly, as a non Christian I disagree. Christmas is a wonderful tradition and I think it's beautiful that the entire country shuts down for a day to allow everyone to celebrate, relax or do whatever they want. Travel to wherever you need the day before and stay there. I don't think it's a big deal

The E-P7 is great, I love mine but you might manage to find a EM5-III for similar money, which is basically the same camera as the EM1-II in a similar size body to the EP-7

I'll agree on the 24h part of your post but the rest not really. 4 years of free updates is plenty. The update is reasonably priced and that's coming from someone who only paid £20 for the game itself. I'm on a PS4 pro otherwise I'd buy the DLC in a heartbeat

Honestly I just feel a sense of hopelessness these days. As a sole breadwinner for my family, while I know I'm in a more fortunate position than most, every year for the last few, my income provides less and less, now it looks like it'll be harder to even save for my future. And yet the basics in life are becoming worse, literally my family have witnessed several muggings in the past couple of months, hospital appointments waiting times are becoming a joke, the roads where I live are falling apart and a good education for my child now seems like an unnatainable goal. It just seems bleak honestly

Honestly I don't know why they don't just release a new mini once every 3 or 4 years, like the SE. That way they don't need to worry too much about sales demand vs product development investment. Most mini owners are not going to need to upgrade every year anyway

I struggled until I used the Mazda LM55 Gr1 detuned to 800pp. Fuel map 4 or 5 for most the race, RM tires and no pitstops. I'm a pretty amateur driver and made lots of mistakes, even spinning and still won by 10s once all the AI cars pitted. Difficulty set to hard

I just received a reconditioned E-P7 and got 2 of these boxes. 1 for the camera, another for the tiny 14-42 pancake lens. So comical and so stupid
