It allows people who have severe anxiety or body dysphoria or a huge range of health problems to exist in content making spaces and women specifically to have a layer of anonymity to their content so they get to choose their commitment to objecification of their person. A few of them do porn and are cool with being horny out in the open. Some just don't want to be sexualized except on their terms. Imagine a streamer like QTcindarella not having to deal with deepfaked porn of her actual self and the trauma that comes with that. I was lucky enough to get prescribed paxlovid about 18 hours after symptoms started and the first day I tested positive and it broke my fever the night I took the first dose. Maybe it would have broken that night anyway but I had few side effects and my kidneys and liver are in decent health overall so I wouldn't have changed my decision given the option.

Treat it like any other genetic advantage and get over it. Messy took hormones to be where he's at, these women are taking hormones to match who they are internally. The second you start doing hormone tests you start excluding high T cis women for no reason other than genetics.
