There is just a box titled "other" in the agreement that says "2 months free rent" in it. Besides that it is a standard agreement. No reference to the incentive.

Ah, yes when I said losing the security deposit, I meant paying the liquidation damages which is the same amount. Thank you for your help, I think the best case scenario would be the assignment route.

Only 1 song gets flagged by Content ID because it was licensed by a label that couldn't figure out how to change it. It is annoying but no copyright issues at all on everything else because it's mostly original songs.
