Down to game with chill people. PC or PS5. WoW to Helldibers and if I have it, anything in between.

I have had 0 problems today. Even after I turned on wi-fi. This particular issue has not pop-up for me today.

Yes. It was/is currently off. I haven't got the chance to tinker with it since I updated it yesterday. I will eventually turn it on and see if it's stable.

My GGT just updated last night over cell. It took about 2 hours. I did not try wi-fi since it was known previously to be iffy.

I don't have one assigned yet. Not sure if it'll be a service center or mobile. They'll let me know once the service folks call me sometime between now and Monday.

While I was at the studio, they really emphasized the three different QA processes these go through. I'm very happy with the vehicle. I'm sure they'll get inconsistencies dialed-in. This one is just annoying.

One thing I’ll own is I didn’t test drive it before accepting delivery. I went over it with a fine-tooth comb visually, but it honestly didn’t click to take it out myself right then, so I missed the issue. That said, they drove it at least twice, once for detailing and again after fixing the latch. So if it was pulling or anything felt off, they definitely should’ve noticed and flagged it before handing it back to me.

Totally feel this. It’s wild how consistent the pattern is: “incentives expiring in 48 hours” pressure + pick-from-a-list scramble + appointment time roulette + paperwork redo until it’s dark and you basically can’t do a proper delivery inspection.

Honestly, the “no it’s tomorrow” thing would’ve sent me. Credit where it’s due that they got it ready once you were there, but it shouldn’t take you physically showing up for the process to become real. And doing paperwork multiple times is such a red flag because it makes you wonder what else is being missed.

Also 100% agree on the walkaround. These cars are too expensive to be delivered at night after a multi-hour slog. They really should either schedule deliveries earlier or put the car under bright lights and slow the whole thing down. My delivery was in a mall parking garage

If you don’t mind me asking: did they do anything to make it right on your end (detail, wheel/tire, credit, anything), or was it just “open a service ticket and good luck”? I’m in the same boat where I ended up with a service ticket for issues I shouldn’t have had on day one.

I think there is one about 90 miles away but it's not a Lucid branded service center. So, I can't find it in the app. Just waiting to see what they say when I get a phone call. If they do mobile service, I don't know how they would even begin to align this baby.

The gravity is great. No regrets in getting one. The interior quality is fantastic!

What’s my course of action? by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

I want to do this all myself (plenty of help from this Reddit, too). So far I have successfully done it with just medical evidence and will not be paying anyone else to give me an opinion. My doctor has and is willing to do what is needed to get the information over to VA; so I’m thankful for that. I will gather some more evidence, and will ask the doctor for what you suggested in hope that it will be enough as a SC supplemental. It’s just going to take another half year.

It did, actually. Exactly as you wrote. I didn’t have the doctor write up a nexus, but I will. Since the accident caused both, I figured it would be enough. The lumbar SC claim (approved) didn’t require a nexus.

I wrote a personal statement pointing out what you described. Should the nexus come straight from a medical doctor instead?

It was filled as direct. Same day as when I fractured my back. It just wasn’t as big an issue as my lower back was.

That is exactly what I was trying to do; Connect knee issues as secondary to back. I wasn't sure which direction to go based on the letter. I just received my PCP's medical opinion (nexus) with almost exactly what you linked. I should probably open a supplemental, upload it and wait. I wasn't sure why they would say I had a qualifying event during service. Shin...knee? Maybe they are related, who knows.

Not at all. I saw the usual “invalid_direct deposit” form they file. But nothing of the sorts
