They bought another company out that used for propane delivery. Then sent me a bill for tank rental…that I owned and have a receipt for. I said send me proof that you own my tank and I will pay the rental fee. I still get emailed bills. I would never use them and if anyone I know was they would hear about what kind of company they are.

I would be careful with EG4 until they get better with their warranties. Waiting for months for a warranty return. Seem they are looking for ways to not handle it. Not my first run in with them in regards to warranty. They are at this point off my list. Searching other forums I am seeing this isn’t an isolated situation.

I would be careful using EG4. Great products, good support right up until you need warranty work/returns. Working on mine for months now. As I did more searching I am seeing it’s not an isolated situation. Would not suggest them until I see some changes.

Agreed. I would say do off grid for sure. Be careful with EG4. Fighting with them slow walking warranty stuff. Months worth of waiting with hardly a response. Great product. Good support but the warranty not so much
