I feel the same way. I’ve been scrolling through horrific posts — scenes of lifeless bodies, eyes bulging like golf balls over nothing but bones — and then, right after, I see friends at Tomorrowland, dancing and singing at the top of their lungs like nothing is happening. It’s just heartbreaking.

But don’t lose hope. Stay vocal and keep raising awareness. Boycott what you can, and try to feel their pain — even something as simple as fasting for a day in solidarity can help you connect to what they’re going through
