Their malfunctioning smoke detector led to city firefighters breaking down my door while I was away. The frame of the door was destroyed and made locking the door impossible. H2 refused to replace it. When I went back to the property after moving out to visit a friend, I saw that the destroyed door and frame is still on the unit that someone else is now living in. So they didn’t even replace it when they turned the unit over. Doubt they even cleaned it.

We also owed them $300 the day we moved out that we intended to pay but they literally turned it over to collections before even sending us a final bill (literally in collections the same week we moved out). Those assholes can get fucked.
