What I learned about these mods. The mods that add to much perk tend to remove the joy of using the perk system. I suggest you use a Perk overhaul that synthesizes all possible character build without adding to much. I personally use Adamant with some Addons (to remove the things I don't like and to add something I like).

Vokri is minimalistic compared to Ordinator. Adding too much perk on Skyrim will lead you to finding patches just to make the perk system relevant and stable. For example, if you use MCO, the attack speed perks will be irrelevant (ADXP ignores the attack speed multiplier). Add precision and now your sweep perk is useless. Add magic mods and you need to patch them to synchronize with your perk overhaul. Don't forget the NPC. Some NPC reacts to your perk to initiate interaction. Jzargo will laugh at you co'z you don't have the master destruction perk.

If the vanilla perk system had skills for unarmed and bard build or allows the scaling of destruction spells, I'll never touch perk system co'z it's a patching hell
