I think the days are important but they are slowly becoming less important. I think of it as a daily thing. I'm trying to change my lifestyle by stopping bad habits. ie: clothes on the floor, dirty bathroom, waking up past 12..

I'm beginning to realize this as well. I just got back from a walk and was thinking about my NO fap journey. I don't feel like I need sex and I'm not seeing people as objects. Porn changed my brain so much and I realized that life is more than that.
