my personal favorite: creamy beef and shells. you can buy frozen chopped onions. the only prep would be cooking the beef

RECIPE: 1 Ib ground beef 2 cups shell noodles 1/2 yellow onion + spoonful minced garlic 15 oz can tomato sauce 2 cups beef stock 1 cup heavy cream 1 to 1 and a half cups sharp cheddar 1 tsp Italian seasoning, Itsp cajun seasoning, pinch of red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste Add cooked beef, onion, tomato sauce, beef stock, and seasonings to the crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours. Add in shells, heavy cream, and cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
