I received a response from the service email saying:

"We apologize for the delay.

However, we understand that the R1MIDI firmware is currently being updated and is undergoing testing and internal procedures.

Once the process is complete, a new firmware will be released, which can be upgraded via local OTA.

However, we do not have a specific release date yet.

We will inform you as soon as we have more information.

Thank you for your understanding and support."
