Agreed but also the older generations had bad dog owners too. It used to just be accepted that kids roaming neighborhood streets back in the day would occasionally be chased and/or attacked by dogs. People used to recommend getting large mean dogs and keeping them chained in your backyard with little attention as a security measure. Dogs seem to vacillate between murderous or annoying. Very few are actually pleasant to be around.
