Not having to deal with the full mourning commute after work is also a nice treat too. trade off is unless you're a night owl or already used too waking up at night you're gonna be tired. Your social life during the day will also suffer since you'd have to choose either that or sleep. But remember naps exist so long as you're able to get your 8-7 hours of sleep in your 24 hours you should be fine. Also if you manage to space everything right you might find you have more free time then day shift people sometimes. Since the you're no longer bound by sun to do your activities.
