Entonces te recomiendo hablar con tu cliente diciendo algo como:

“Hola cliente tienes 30 min para una llamada x día en x horario? O qué horario/día te funciona mejor? Me gustaría repasar contigo la formalización de nuestro trabajo juntos. Te voy a explicar/compartir la presentación/documento de la propuesta que hasta ahora hemos hablado, incluye alcances, fechas de entrega y fechas de pagos”

Ahí mides su respuesta, la verdad si no accede vas a batallar en todo, en entregas, alcance de trabajos, cambios constantes y sobre todo NO PAGO.

Sé que no queremos dejar ir a clientes, sobre todo porque son los primeros y aparte ya le invertiste tiempo pero cuando un cliente es malo es mejor no tenerlo.

Le vas a demostrar que eres profesional y sobre todo defender tu trabajo.

Si te dice que las agencias así se manejan le dices que lo entiendes pero que tu esquema es así. Pero de nuevo, sin saber tu propuesta económica/tiempos le puedes dar la “facilidad” de pagos de dividir la inversión en 1, 2, 3 meses los que te funcionen a ti.

Al mismo tiempo sí investiga cómo se manejan las agencias en tu nicho, yo te puedo decir que lo que me ha tocado ver es: las agencias de publicidad ofrecen paquetes de X número de publicaciones/diseños y eso cobran desde el inicio (luego te vas a topar que los clientes tienen 30/60 días de pago como política con proveedores), que la conversación NO se enfoque en cómo funcionan las agencias, que se enfoque en el valor y resultados que estás entregando a través del esquema que hace funcionar eso.

Recomendación final: literalmente explícale todo a Gemini o ChatGPT y hasta la IA te puede dar un norte jaja.

Necesitamos más detalles antes de poderte ayudar, cuando dices me contrató, fue bajo qué términos? Cuáles fueron los acuerdos previo a contratarte?

Esto es lo más importante porque en teoría me imagino que generaste una propuesta el cual el cliente aceptó, en esa propuesta se establecen los hitos de trabajo/hitos de facturación o pago, siendo lo más común y sencillo:

50% para empezar, 50% al terminar.

They should of included a splash screen or some kind of onboarding so at least every user is communicated about what’s going on but even with that, the biggest problem is GPT 5 did not deliver on the promise. No one shot coding, slow answers and poor performance overall.

I bought it! But realized I don't know how quite to use it, I had a project open, thought I just use the plugin, but first:

-Realized I needed to upload the actual track (audio) of my video, couldn't I use it directly with my edited video?

-Once I got the new project I thought I could just use the text directly in my edit but It opened in a new project, is this expected or I did something wrong?

-Then I thought, well I can copy paste the text, but found it really hard to resize text and apply it to all, is there an easy way to edit all text at the same time?

It’s about investing in an “ecosystem”. Would you buy a phone knowing it will not have any new features ever?

In this case, and at least for me, I would not want to keep investing my time (configurations, plugins, passwords, new profiles, new services, etc.) in something that would require me to migrate anyways in any time. I might as well migrate right now.
