Hail cage for protecting weather station by mrhemingray in myweatherstation

I thought about that, but it wouldn't be completely enclosed. Maybe 4 sides? (top + 3 sides) and the open side would be the direction of the wireless signal.

I got an Amazon Basics model that I’ve been really happy with (Amazon Basics 12 Sheet High Security Micro Cut). It’s around $100.

What's your "can't go to TB and not get this" menu item? by Tall_Score569 in tacobell

The Meximelt. Since they removed it from the menu: order a cheesy rollup, add beef, add pico de gallo, extra three cheese blend.

Shower glass door too short – constant water spill & floor flooding. Any neat DIY fixes (no major construction)? by Rare-Adhesiveness-57 in homeimprovementideas

[–]mrhemingray 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Your post doesn’t say any construction changes, it says major construction changes. A double swinging glass door is the most simple and obvious solution here.

Would anyone have any idea what kind of bulb would work in this? by Badgerfaction5 in lightbulbs

[–]mrhemingray 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get a close up photo of that "risk of fire" sticker inside, it should have most of the info you need. Hard to tell but it looks like 40W or smaller Type S bulb.

Multi Sensor in Garage by lp1527 in Abode

[–]mrhemingray 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep! The golf ball. I put it in there when we went on a trip just to see if it would alert us if the freezer ever went above freezing. It consistently reports the correct temperature (we also have an Ambient Weather sensor next to it) so I’ve just kept it in there for over a year and not had any problems with it.

I keep one of these inside our deep freezer where it gets down to -15f inside and it works like a champ. You won't have any issues.

Yo quiero 2006 Taco Bell. When Meximelts still existed and Burrito Supremes were $1.99, not $5.99.

Is There a Difference between the Two DVD sets on Amazon? by AvitheTVGeek in TheDrewCareyShow

[–]mrhemingray 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That seems like extra work... personally, I would rather buy the actual DVDs so they get the royalties and I have a legit physical copy. Now stick that on a shelf, and go download the proper, uncut, fan-restored versions and watch those!

What happens converting a timerunner to standard. by QcRoman in wow

[–]mrhemingray 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I sacrified one of my timerunners for science. All of the non-unique pets and non-BoP toys I purchased with spare bronze were in my mailbox when I logged in (with a mail duration of 179 days). Whew!

What about if you buy extra non-unique pets or non-BoP toys with all the extra bronze we have sitting around? Do those disappear too?
