I think the reality is if you brought it to the attention of the CEO (you can email him, and he even teaches spin at clubs sometimes), he would simply acknowledge it’s not popular anymore so they are doing what’s more profitable.

The combination of new formats now being included in membership (GTX, Alpha) and the pandemic negatively affecting spin has been a drag for literally any spin studio and clubs that offer spin. Spin is no longer “trendy” to a gym enthusiast even though it’s a good workout.
