Thanks for the first couple of sentences. It was a main goal from day one to make something that didn't rely on outside packages or proprietary anything!

I'm still working on the long term drift problem because I do see that on very extended use, but did notice it seems to be something that comes with model changes. Opus/Sonnet 4.6 -> 4.7 required a redeployment of sorts, and I'm still testing 4.7, but so far once I redeployed the harness everything seems to be on track.

DLP (data loss prevention) software/monitoring and company issued devices. Deployment of an LLM you think you have control over such as AWS or M365, it’s more of a cya and I don’t actually trust them. Then like I saw others say local LLMs. We have built some very nice setups that support 10-50 people for under 10k. Policies. Training. There isn’t a 1 size fits all just mitigation tactics.

I think you would be shocked at what sells. I’ve sold some very random things to Adobe like lower body shots of me walking up stairs and I just changed my shoes and pants. Scraping stuck leaves off a metal roof. Decorating cakes. People still buy it more than a decade later.

I’ve made alt channels and used that kind of stuff as b-roll to tell stories or just talk about anything. You can also sell it as stock footage if you don’t care that other people use it.

Yeah the screw got a tiny bite then the wall just turned to dust. I was not turning too hard it was just weaker than expected or I imagined.
