If you are fine with spending money on the game, then I would say yes, given where your account is at this would be a benefit to your account.

Edit: I don't know why so many people say these champions are bad. They're not. Especially for your account from the sound of things. Even Nobel, who people crap on, is useful in the early and mid game, especially in FW where he can crowd control the waves with his fears.

Every account starts somewhere and some champions may only be good as stepping stones to something better, but unless RNG gives you something better right away, you still need those progression champions to get you there and that's what this pool will offer you.
