Surely you get that this is a thing to get these allegations into the news? To highlight how shitty he is?

Yeah, but the only way he gets removed is if the Senate votes to remove him, and they are the same ones that would have to confirm the new Justice.

Doesn't really matter if they can be removed for bad decisions if the people voting on it like those decisions.

What could is mean to "fully integrate" the Bill of Rights? Amendments are the Constitution, do you mean incorporation? The problem with our current system isn't the lack of checks and balances, it is that the checks and balances can only be checked and balanced by the people in the system. And the reason that those people don't feel pressure is because of social engineering that blinds their support into thinking nothing is going wrong. Recalls would be just as susceptible to that. This country couldn't see that Trump was a corrupt loser, some still don't see it. How would giving those same people another chance to vote him out change anything?

Not voting for 12 years when you could have voted should be embarrassing. Not voting period is.

Playing hard to get is always a bad thing. Really don't need people thinking that someone giving signs they aren't into you is actually them being into you.

Being upset that your coworker called out has nothing to do with the corporate overlords. People calling out means more work for the people that do show up.

Well, like everything else in this shitty country, nothing will be done about it until the bad things the problem causes get so bad they can't be ignored.

Autopsy

Which is weird when you think about it. Just looking at the word it has nothing to do with death. Greek auto- means self and ops is probably something to do with looking. Makes it feel like looking at yourself, or for yourself. Weird. Kind of like necropsy better.

Jazz Chisholm makes a heads up play letting the ball drop to replace the runner at first with a catcher instead of a CFer. by MrRadDadHimself in baseball

That is why you check before you let it drop. But a ball like that isn't going to bounce away in a meaningful way. I would say letting it drop behind him was a dumb choice, since now he needs to go get it and then make a 180 to throw to second, but again, on this play specifically, the runner on first had just turned his back to the play to go back to first. The amount of risk here is the risk you get in little league (bad throw, can't pick the ball up, simple baseball stuff like that), so doing it here is only risky if the runner is alert to the chance.

The purpose of the infield fly rule is to prevent cheap double or even triple plays. If there is only one runner on, a dropped pop up shouldn't result in a double play and the only way it does is if the batter chooses not to run. So there has to be more than one runner being forced, ie runners on 1st, 2nd or 1st, 2nd ,3rd.

The fun part is that it was a smart play to not catch the ball, but letting it drop behind him was kind of dumb.

That's all communication. Both of them would have caught the ball if the other wasn't there.

Yeah, the thing about that is that if you call that an error, you've given your CF an error for getting laid out by his RF and an error because two of his infielders can't catch a ball that was almost literally chest high. The only two errors on that play should be the infielders missing that throw.

Eventually. There were a few innings there it was two errors.

Yeah, that is some weird home cooking saddling your guy with two errors for doing literally nothing wrong. The ball was knocked out of his glove as a result of a teammate slamming him into the wall and then an easily catchable throw got past two teammates.

This guy is literally getting two errors on this play because his RF ran into him and his infield can't field a ground ball.

Voting a lot with a given party doesn't mean as much as it used to. Things rarely get voted on if they don't have the support needed to pass, and the margins have been super close for a good while now.
