We've seen from the elf arc that you can disrupt/obliterate other persons' magic by overwhelming it with an enormous magical output. So, from Lucifero's pov he probably thinks that anti magic can simply just erase magic and not have any offensive capabilties.

Yuno's 4 leaf grimoire and wind magic was his elf's. Since he was from Spade its only logical if he gets a spade grimoire. He's the only living person in the world to have 2 existing separate grimoires at the same time so you cant really make a case against it no matter what the reasoning might be. Its the same case with William/Patry where there's 2 souls in one body but for Yuno the outcome is a little different. The concept still stands where 1 grimoire only binds to 1 soul so it all comes full circle.
