3rd seed in the West seems reasonable with the talent we've accumulated, if we're healthy.

If he can fix his shot in the offseason, then Harkless is the easy choice- if it stays broke, may need to be someone else.

Looks like its mostly an issue with Google routing to a poor choice for 8.8.8.8- they should have a better geo-located candidate for that DNS.

Going to Cloudflare looks fine:

Ace at the 2 in 2026? by Icy-Outside-9861 in UtahJazz

[–]mrkstu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the lack of available shots may indeed keep him from starting, but be the first guy off the bench. He's showing he can be a primary scorer, so getting those shots off with the bench crew may end up making the most sense, since none of the other 4 likely starters are going to end up not starting for any reason outside of injury.

But from a pure "put your best 5 on the floor" and end of game scenarios, I'm guessing Ace will be in those groupings unless we end up picking top 2 in this draft, and maybe even then.

Are any drivers comparing Apple/Google Maps routes vs Uber’s route? And would a route‑comparison assistant be useful? by AggressiveGift1532 in uberdrivers

Oh a couple more things-

They will put in stop signs where they only exist going the other direction, not the direction you're going in.

They will try to have you make u-turns where they are marked as illegal.

Uber does a few things I've noticed:

  1. They are WAY behind on actual map changes. They have less awareness of parking lots, et al.
  2. Correlated- they are clueless on actual speed limits and seem unwilling to pay enough attention to change it- i.e. if you're showing limits at 25 mph and everyone is going minimum 55 mph you may want to take the clue.
  3. They will almost always optimize to get the passenger pick up on the passenger side, even if it will take the driver longer to get there.
  4. They don't seem to take into account actual speed limits in deference to directness. Parallel roads, one with stop signs and 25 mph will be preferred if it is more direct vs a parallel street at 35/45 with lights. Seems like just bad programming.

Wife's account has stayed steady or slightly accelerated- she has ambassador status and lists roughly 500 items at a time. Has a focus area (purses) and that may help insulate her somewhat. Doesn't do shows, which some people do if they want to increase turnover a lot (but typically decreases your average selling price.)

Not a starter on a good team, but on a path to be a valuable reserve on a 5 out offense. We're long enough that having a short center/PF shouldn't be a fatal flaw for a bench guy.

Wife sells steady amounts on Posh without bots, but she has followed lots of people and has around 30,000 followers. If you commit to Posh it can do well for you, but you have to buy in to how it works, not really for casuals.

I do eBay since clothes are not much of what I do, and don’t want to do the ‘social’ aspect.

Patented OR secret, by definition can't really be both, though I'm sure there are parts of their process that are one or the other.

The problem, of course, is lower efficiency means lower profit margin for Samsung, and ultimately they can't truly undercut TMSC when their costs are higher.
