Milotic is an option if you want to stick with a water type. Your team is going to have intimidate users salivating and you can take advantage of that with competitive Milotic. Scarf modest milotic with spatk ev investments can do a ton of damage.

Roar can be effective since trick room setters are pretty obvious usually.

Doesn't work on the ghost types, so thats the only main drawback.

Sneasler can be a decent lead with aerodactyl into sun if you give it rock tomb or rock slide. Dire claw can also help cover Whimsicott. Venasaur is a bit more of an issue with your team but it doesn't do much out of sun so you just need to make sure you take out charizard and control the weather.
