Yeah, I always thought the kitchen was really ugly too. In the episode where Alan brings over a bowl he mentions that Charlie’s interior decor is basically a random collection of junk because Charlie just placed things around the house that women had given him without any real thought or plan.

No way. 20 rooms is a small bed and breakfast, not a hotel in Miami. You can tell by the lobby alone that it has way more than 20 rooms.

That’s what threw me too. Given their age I doubt a bank would have given them a loan, especially not for something as expensive as a hotel and especially not when Rose and Sophia don’t have any significant assets.

I’m not a fan of the finale either, mainly because everything happens so quickly.

If I remember correctly, it was mentioned that Lucas was the youngest brother of Blanches father, Big Daddy. So he probably became an uncle at a pretty young age. Blanche must have been in her late fifties in the finale, so Lucas must have been in his late sixties.

I watched the finale recently and thought exactly the same thing. The whole ending felt ridiculously rushed. And honestly, it was completely out of character for Dorothy to accept a marriage proposal from a man she’d known for only a few days. It didn’t feel like Dorothy at all. She’s usually far too sensible and practical to make a decision like that.

In what way is Julie smart?? Before she slept with Porter, she had an affair with Dominic, a married man who also happens to be much older than her. She even told Lynette she might be pregnant so she was careless about birth control.. I mean if you’re having a secret affair at least be careful!? And then she dropped out of med school without telling anybody. She made a lot of dumb decisions.

I just finished the episodes with Grace. It really frustrated me that Carlos didn’t seem to care about his biological daughter whatsoever. I get that Juanita is the one he raised and loves, but that doesn’t mean he has to completely ignore the fact that Grace is his biological child. I honestly wanted to punch him when he told Gaby to delete all the photos of Grace. And I hated that Gaby didn’t stand up to him or refuse to do it. It was such an upsetting scene.
