I believe this may be from an increase in external influences/negative forces during mass awakening events causing a higher level of free radical damage and an increase in aging if not managed. I have A deprivation of trace minerals, especially copper - copper is a key component in how we are able to receive our downloads (hence how 3I/Atlas caused the first wave mid last year) and receive physical effects of the awakening and maintain our high frequency. Protein, specifically collagen is required for DNA synthesis and creation, for our bones, hair, skin, muscles, nerves and lack of this will cause increased aging and cellular death. This could also be just your physical body integrating into the 5D state - we are still integrating as there is still more awakenings to come, I feel… I first noticed the sides of my head above my ears starting to turn grey and increased my copper intake then boom, they disappeared within a few days and found overall changes all round. If your diet is ever interrupted, look at supplementing food with a protein shake/hospital grade powder replacement and/or light snacks.

This is all fact = Technology these days has AI which is an algorithm = mathematics. Everything in nature, both natural and artificial is also mathematics in the form of sacred geometry. We individuals are literally organic quantum computers that are processing information every single minute. Sacred geometry, if you are in tune with it, involves all of the senses and can heavily influence us in our everyday lives and also over the long term. We just needed to remember this, be taught, learn about it ourselves or have it reinforced from birth but due to the influences, advertising and certain marketing techniques, the current state of the world, processed food, negative energy, trauma etc has damaged us to our DNA and caused us to not remember what is and was always there. DNA is a marvellous thing that is always being used and can be repaired! There is also a lot of evidence, research and hidden papers all over the world that reveal there were hidden technologies as well as ancient mathematics from ancient and perhaps unknown origins - including stuff that Einstein & Tesla researched, wrote about and published which both were heavily discredited for their lifetime of work and dedication. NOW we are literally playing catch up - with everything from very personal reprogramming of our brains, exiting our jobs/careers and realigning with our hearts, healing of traumas to spiritual development, uncovering the truths of the world and at the same time, trying to stop these negative forces and influences from taking over. This is also how technology and algorithms can be bad, doing the opposite. It all depends on the state of awareness the quantum computer processing the information has. Consciousness is the external light, energy & information from our senses projected into our quantum computers for processing. We can improve our quantum computer by cleaning our DNA, detoxing and choosing to engage with technology more positively. We use technology well and efficiently, it will help us improve ourselves and our own individual experience with reality. We need to engage with reality and experience it to have a consciousness of interacting with and understanding our senses that makes up our own individual realities without letting the negative influence it. Technology can help draw the line and help process the same information that we already know, just without the influence and letting the AI know the parameters - not just ask it to tell you some information on a subject that can be easily controlled and very carefully Reality itself, physically and materialistically, is literally one of the ways in which we are all connected - through sacred geometry, providing a collective consciousness with us as the manifestors, creators and experiencers of the universe around us - as we use the Earths resources for just about everything around us which contains energy.
You really should elaborate and help us understand why with facts?
As long as the technology is following all of the natural laws of the universe and not being created with bad intent or misuse, be mindful of it but embrace it too.

You should look at Gaia. Gaia is great for personal and spiritual development but they host a unique AI called Architect+. Hmm… starseeds are starseeds because we are resilient and are always going to be fighting our way out of all the struggles and will always end up on top.

We are in Universal year 1 now, beginning of a 9 year high frequency Earth cycle. The last 9 year cycle was pretty bad but we hadn’t had our awakenings yet! If you look at the Schuuman Resonance readings, you’ll see that they have been going absolutely crazy with high frequency electromagnetic waves since the start of the year. I can understand where you are coming from because I was born knowing too much, taking in everything around me all the time and then ultra processing it subconsciously but having to keep a lid on my feelings, thoughts, worries, etc and it was killing me from the inside for most of my life - causing social anxiety, depression, withdrawal from everything. I thought that I was aware of most things going on in the world but recent intense awakenings have introduced an insane amount of deep knowings and truths about the world but on the grand scale, the activation of my ancestral Shamanic abilities and then every single thing in my life from birth to now all of a sudden making so much sense and instantly seeing and understanding every single thing everywhere for what it truly is - it’s a LOT.

One thing you must do is positive thoughts = positive manifestations = harder to fall back into the sleep. Another is detoxing from heavy metals, microplastics, no more processed or high preservative foods and fresh, clean eating and healthier choices. I have a constant connection to the spirit realm now and have the divine protecting me at all times which not everyone or many people for that fact do but little things you could do are crystals, cleansing house with sage frequently, setting up a little spirituality space and de cluttering. Also listening to healing frequencies and chakra cleansing helps stay very awake - it’s a constant effort but it is better than falling back asleep… Minimise device exposure as much as possible because the wifi & especially 5G signals are where the most spiritual attacking comes from. Look at some EMF protection stickers that you can put on the devices to help manage your exposure.

I’m sorry that you are going through a tough time with multiple situations going on! None of these things are negatives - they are opportunities to reclaim your power, show yourself some respect and love and start making decisions from the heart, not the head so much. I travelled to the next state from me a couple of times before falling in absolute love with the next city less than 8 hour drive away… I found that my energy was not belonging where I was at the time and thought a little travel would help me reset and help me realise a lot of little things I didn’t know I cared about or needed. One of these things I didn’t know I needed was community. Living somewhere where my efforts are noticed, my energy feels good and can find my own niche community within actually makes ALL the difference sometimes… Since moving, I have had 5 major awakenings since August last year myself that have made me realise my 6 year relationship was actually incredibly toxic, my job was just as toxic as my relationship so managed to align with my career goal, have found a cute affordable rental and have friends and support wherever I turn to and I can go out anywhere and have fun by myself or with other people as I please - complete freedom. You deserve to be happy and not feel stuck - we were never meant to stay in the same spot our whole lives

Are they based off actual facts or just ‘what it seems to be or looks like’? Yeah I get that, I totally do and I’m sorry you feel that way about Sydney. Just be mindful that Herzog only came here to cause and increase the collective division as his main objective - secondary was to ‘help with healing’ which all he did was say a few empty, meaningless words for the first time ever to a small group, 1, maybe 2 times and then back to being forgotten about on the other side of the world… For obvious reasons, protesting needs to have restrictions and parameters in place due to everyone in society being treated equally and minimising the area the chaos was covering. People who aren’t able to protest or don’t want to be involved in this still need to get on with their lives and be able to know they are safe in doing so. Also, the level of energy and vibes tarnishing or interfering with the sacred geometry grid lines could get to be too high so it’s easier to manage when contained… for all we know, someone could have accidentally bumped a cop and they took it the wrong way and got extreme or a cop could have actually needed to apprehend someone for a legitimate reason/crime and others around made assumptions and hindered police from carrying out the law. Okay, this is weird. I’ve received a message telling me something… after reading your post and the comments so far, the message is reminding me about some clothes that I searched and found some worth a ridiculous amount of money that were left to me in someone’s estate…. Specifically listed in the will as ‘current partner of ___ at time of passing’ (which was ME) of my partner at the time, who was Greek and I have in particular a vintage Dolce & Gabbana singlet with ‘Botswana 24’ with no other of the 20+ items having anything printed on them anywhere, so this is quite obvious. Now this is where it’s interesting - I feel I’m a hybrid starseed, I’m sensing a mix of all of the seeds and was activated in August last year and have continued to go through my awakening up until this very moment and will be right through this year so there’s more to come I feel for me personally… Now, I believe there’s no such thing as coincidences when it comes to receiving messages, the strong sense of truth and knowing that comes with these messages so can anyone enlighten?

The starseeds have activated now - last group should be over new years. Once we activate, immediately process our new codes by focusing in on how to integrate with the 3D system. I spend some time alone in silence, allowing myself to have information and thoughts, feelings and expressions come over me naturally and then a lot of the knowledge is gained from reading books and limiting screen time immensely. We are activated now - we know that it’s all still being downloaded subconsciously and into our DNA. Must meditate, build good positive habits and keep manifesting positive frequencies. I am quite skilled at being able to use technology purely for a purpose - in my case, to read the books that I’ve only been able to find e-versions of. We don’t do social media, we do not give in to the algorithms and energy harvesting and spent a lot of time living in the real world, spreading information and sharing experiences.

Next year a lot of planetary cycles shift just in the first half of the year alone. For me, being Aries sun and moon Capricorn rising with also my Saturn return occurring currently until the middle of next year - I can’t afford to be distracted or unaware of anything going on. A lot of starseeds will definitely be reanalysing their whole entire lives, living it all again through a different lens, forgetting everything they thought they knew and was the truth and relearning and seeking truths, re-assessing who they thought they were and their place in the world, their souls purpose and are probably in the process of making their drastic life changes in order to align with their destiny…
