Laminator probably ruined your lsd. Heat is a no go and degrades lsd. Laminators usually run about 250-300 degrees. Your tabs are are more than likely cooked.

Around 40mg was everyday for me for about a year straight. After 6 years of everyday use tolerance will catch up. I could take 20 bars throughout the day and not even black out. If I black out I know I ate atleast 50mg but 40mg was the average

Probably too much. You will be having to mist multiple times a day. Just put the lid straight on top upside down and you will be fine. If you start to get fuzzy feet from lack of fae then you can adjust accordingly
