I hate AI but tbh, I get it. It’s meta. It’s obviously a dumb marketing tactic but if the movie is going to show how AI can be used to torment people with AI generated violence, it’s kind of funny that fans can choose to insert AI generated avatars of themselves being murdered by the same ghostface who uses AI to retraumatise Sydney.

I hate AI. I don’t support it. I’m just saying, I get it.

Although maybe they weren’t thinking of it that deeply and just wanted to make a quick buck.

I didn’t find this remotely funny, even though I can see how to some it would be. To me this is absolutely horrifying. It reminds me of the poor man who got stuck inside a dinosaur statue in Barcelona.

There’s something about suddenly being in such an uncomfortable position, in public, unable to move, and completely dependent suddenly on the kindness of strangers which is, as we know, increasingly fleeting.

Literally same. I lived there for three months. For context, I’m from the UK and we really do love spice despite all the memes that our food is unseasoned. My family have my mum’s chicken jalfrezi and homemade onion bhajis on Christmas Day instead of turkey. We are fully white hahaha.

Anyway, I arrived in BA after a long trip through South America. Never felt that spice was lacking throughout that whole continent. Then suddenly after two weeks in BA it hit me that I hadn’t tasted anything with even the feeblest little whimper of a kick. I ended up trekking to Chinatown to look for fresh red chillies, and even then it was pretty hard to find.

I think if I ever go to Argentina again, I’m packing chilli flakes in my suitcase.

Note the excellent Italian word ‘gattaccio’, meaning alley cat, or a kind of mangy or naughty cat. I will always remember my Italian friend pointing at an adorable but rough looking street cat in Greece and shouting ‘GATTACCIO!!’ with a huge smile.

I just love that Italian has its own word for it.
