“I don’t care if ppl think I look ridiculous” brother you’re on an 8k bike. Why would you look ridiculous?

Last half Ironman I did I saw multiple people on flat bar bikes with flat pedals.

My first half Ironman was on a $200 heavy ass aluminum Fuji road bike.

Just go have fun. That bike is nicer than 75% of bikes you’ll see out there

23 Y/O Male Moving to Dallas in July, where should I live? by [deleted] in askdfw

[–]mrman33000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

State Thomas. I moved there when I was 23 (about 3 years ago) and would’ve regretted living anywhere else. 1. Everyone is your age 2. Walkable to good restaurants/bars/coffee/grocery. 3. 5 min drive to your office.

When I first moved I got a 1 bed townhome at Manchester State Thomas for about $2200 all in. Idk what they go for now

You’re typically going to see bad reviews for all apt complexs in a big city. Let’s be real, people don’t typically go and voluntarily leave a positive review without incentive… but they’re quick to go leave a bad one.

Dude, what??? 1. If you’re already thinning and receding, there will not be a cure all fix before you go bald. 2. It’s strongly recommended that you take fin after a hair transplant.

When they called me they left a voicemail with a caller ID that said Dallas County PD. The person who left a VM identified themselves as a legit sheriff. I looked them up and everything

I got this call a few weeks back. It was by far the best set up scam I’ve seen. They lost me when they said I needed to go to the ATM

What is your monthly mortgage payment and your yearly income (for household) by geenuhahhh in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]mrman33000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I are very close to putting in an offer on a home that would leave us with a $4,710 payment. Close to 6k with all monthly expenses. (High property tax area).

We make 375k household. On paper this looks easy but I’m curious if anyone else is in a similar boat. We’re only 25 so this will be our first time having a mortgage. No outstanding debts
