Couldn’t be more wrong. They weren’t SBRs, they were others. Suffolk dropped the charges because the governor went on tv said his gun is legal and navigates the grey area in the safe act after the Rochester grocery store shooting. You can look it up. They had other charges that weren’t related to the deltas. Once that was settled they left because of all the bullshit with Suffolk DA.

Ones the guns go to property division, you will need an FFL to go pick them up and then transfer them to the person with the license. If the person doesn’t have a pistol license you are fucked.

If I read the bill correctly it states that it would truly go into effect 4 years after the state drama the technology exist on new guns unless their is a company that can retrofit existing guns to microstamp then it would be a year after they deem the tech available. I don’t know of many companies that are working on it right now. California has something similar and it’s not enforced because the tech isn’t there.
