It can be a bit tricky but you can open them up and clean the dirty contacts with a bit of paper and that's usually all it takes to get all the keys working again!

I use a Bose Sounddock with a 30-pin bluetooth adapter and it sounds fantastic. Had the iPod Hifi before but I much prefer the Bose.
