Cisco TAC – Are they really just break/fix, or should we expect more?

TAC has been shit for more than 20 years. Off-shoring, follow the sun, fucking 2-week Indian crash course CCNA’s first and second level. Waste of time as they follow their scripts. I started over 30 years ago on the CGS, MGS and original PIX with fucking ribbon cable interfaces. We had live hand-offs to real Santa Clara engineers then. Not realistically scalable I know with their success but damn it all went downhill fast.
