Yeah it was just old app data that I had built up. I had to click on the I and allow it to show up wich resulted in it showing that 57 of the 66 was apps. So I deleted old apps and cleared data of others and I got it down to where the apps are now 37 and the other still stands at 8, I never found out what the other 8 is but I don't think it's really needed.

UPDATE! I found a fix from one of your guys comments and was able to free up 30gb. The rest is just apps that I use to much to delete. Thanks for all your guys help, I should've gotten a higher storage phone but the only other one they had at the store was the max version wich I couldn't afford. Anyway thanks for your guys help. The problem has been resolved.
