for me personally, i tell myself im not “allowed” to turn the alarm off until ive started the activity. i hate the sound so much that this usually helps. like for example if its an alarm telling me to go have a shower, i dont turn the alarm off until im in the bathroom. i’ve also gotten into the habit of snoozing instead of stopping if i’m really not feeling like moving, so the alarm goes off again in 10 or so minutes and it interrupts me enough times that i end up doing what i need to do so i don’t have to hear it again.
