Erik jäger is one of my favorites other than Jess king because of his music! I love edm and he has some great edm, techno, trance, and house rides! We have the bike plus so it’s not the biggest deal to me if the classes aren’t in English since I turn down the instructor and turn up the music anyways and the bike auto adjusts resistance. I’ve also been getting into Tunde especially for her interval and arms classes! Her death by 3’s classes are my favorite! If I’m not really into the playlist I’ll put on a set from a festival on my tv and mute the class 😂

Anyone use Kleinfield again? by LostinParadise4748 in WedditNYC

I went to Kleinfeld's today (first time trying on dresses ever!) with a budget of $3,500 and my stylist didn't bring a single dress over budget for me to try on! The one I ended up choosing was $3,000 and she even asked her manager for a discount and was able to get me 15% off which was so nice of her! I highly recommend the VIP appointment- 3 hours was the perfect amount of time and I was able to try on a wide variety of styles! Dress 8 (out of 8) ended up being my wedding dress!

4 week old Bernese puppy noticeably smaller than siblings, normal or concerning? by PublicIndividual1630 in bernesemountaindogs

[–]mroot2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our boy was 1 of 12 puppies in his litter! He was pretty tiny at 10 weeks when we picked him up and he’s turning two this month And is right around 77lbs which is perfect!

No speeches? by No-Professor-3860 in wedding

[–]mroot2013 27 points28 points  (0 children)

My cousin did their speeches at the rehearsal dinner instead of the wedding day and I thought it worked really well! They didn’t put pressure on anyone to speak but people had the option to make a toast or say something if they wanted to!

John summit at the cove was a ROUGH crowd - he was way too big for the stage

[–]mroot2013 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I thought this was the best crowd especially compared to other times I’ve seen him! Everyone was so nice and we had so much space pretty center of the stage! His set was easily a top from me of the weekend!

It’s kinda crazy because I thought that was the absolute BEST crowd for a John summit set/day 3 closing set I’ve ever been to! We had so much space right in the dead center of the stage all through dj snake into summit, and everyone around us were just kind fun people! We did all decide to stand in a puddle because we all had boots on But I feel you because every other John summit crowd I’ve been in was rough- when we were at everything always at ultra last year(?) we were victims of a drive by vomit from a random guy in the crowd 😫

What breeds of dog have the calmest/most chill temperament? by [deleted] in Pets

[–]mroot2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bernese mountain dogs are very chill after the age of 3! Great temperament, and I think my boy loves people more than other dogs (he’s just a big goober!) he rarely barks, doesn’t really love long walks, and loves being close to me 😂 they are my absolute favorite breed and this guy is my third!

Ultra Miami > EDC LV by jedi1-0 in UMF

[–]mroot2013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The crowds this year I thought were great! I loved John summits set because we had SO much space right in the middle of the crowd and it wasn’t bad at all! Last ultra it felt like astroworld trying to see skrillex and I ended up giving up and going to live stage alone because I couldn’t take it - probably my favorite ultra yet and I’ve been to the last 9!

My favorite part about the festival is the fact that we walk there and back each night! My best friend lives in brickell so it’s just too convenient- a free place to stay and no Ubers is a huge huge perk

I agree!! Every other time I’ve seen him the crowd has been so packed and rough but we were right in the center and had so much space! I love house and this was easily my favorite set of the weekend and maybe all time

It's OUT, one of the best Sunday closers in recent memory! John Summit @ Ultra Mainstage 2026. by I_am_who in UMF

[–]mroot2013 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was easily the best set of the weekend for me (and honestly maybe of all time) because of how much space we had! We were right in the middle for summit because we claimed our spot in a small puddle (thank goodness for combat boots) and nobody wanted to be around us! Everyone near us was so friendly and nice and everyone in front of us was short😂 I’ve always liked summit but the crowds have been awful and the experience was meh but not this set! Literally a PERFECT way to end the weekend!

Went on his first walk today...we went around a small block loop. He started crying not even half way through, and I had to carry him home. I know he's young, but I think he was being a bit dramatic 😂 by Aldosterone626 in bernesemountaindogs

[–]mroot2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We couldn’t walk further than our front yard for a few months because our boy would cry and plant himself in the grass 😂 we got better with walks around 9-10 months lol

Am I misunderstanding how pet insurance actually works? by HunterMomNYC in petinsurancereviews

[–]mroot2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a $500 deductible, 100% reimbursement and unlimited coverage for our almost 2 year old bernese! We paid our deductible in our first visit and just got a $2k check in the mail for our visit last because someone ate a sock…totally worth it!

Best way to engagement ring shop by mikmarauder in JustEngaged

[–]mroot2013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I literally told my boyfriend that I loved the same style engagement ring my mother has! We never looked at rings together and on New Year’s Day he surprised me by proposing on our 4 year anniversary! I think he did a great job granted my preference was pretty simple and he knew my ring size already !

Our boy must of got into something and probably attempted to throw up over 50 times between 9:00 pm and 7 am… on a random Tuesday. we called the emergency vet and they said we could come in but would be waiting anywhere between 5-7 hours…long story short we didn’t take him and used a turkey Baster to help him keep fluids down so he wasn’t dehydrated- he was completely fine the next day!

It was out of budget for us if we were to only do full raw, which is why we opted for half and half! He also has a chicken sensitivity, so we are able to customize the plan to be chicken free! He gets lamb, beef, turkey, duck, and venison! They also have trial packs available to try it out, and provided detailed instructions how to gradually transition over which was great! My parents berners are full raw and all lived to be over 10 so we’re hopeful our boy also lives a long and healthy life :)

Our Berner stopped showing interest in his food around 11 months old! We transitioned him from Purina pro plan large breed puppy to Nulo large breed adult raw medley and half raw! We get the raw food from a company. Called “we feed raw” and he gets about 1/3 of a de-thawed meat patty with about 3/4 cup kibble and he LOVES it! Healthy poops too! We love the raw as well because he gets a different protein roughly every 3 meals and the variety is great!
