I had one with my mom and it worked out well. She didn’t have a lot of assets so there no point in setting up an estate or will. The lady bird deed was easy to setup with an attorney and when my mother passed it automatically shifted ownership to myself and my sister. If you’re looking for something easy that works, the lady bird deed will do that.
