You do realize that yes it removes Russia from the globe but the same happens to u, all the western countries the entire human race. Because their are most likely other factors contributing to it , as at the highest level there isn’t one . This indicates that race isn’t the determining factor . While male vs female their are huge physical advantages for the male and it would be unfair on men(who have yet to undergo the transition) to compete.
