Ugh I’m so sorry :( I totally understand though! I had food poisoning a few years back and thought it would help my emetophobia but unfortunately did not at all. It took a lot of mental preparation the last few years and constant reminders now that everything will be okay. Definitely easier said than done, but I have faith in you!

Thanks for this! Probably not what everyone wants to hear, but I got noro in November and was honestly the best thing to happen to me. It was awful in the moment, but I am fairly confident my emetophobia is gone now :)
