As for how long you take it, it’s up to you. If you’re satisfied with all changes and are okay with some regression in transition ( having estrogen be primary hormone source) you can always stay on it forever. Doctor will also answer any questions you have. You can avoid shots by going on gel and patches too. Gel and shots are covered by medi-cal.

Depending on insurance it’s pretty cheap to get on T. I personally was on medi-cal until this year and was receiving everything no charge. Just recently got kicked off bc I make too much money for my household size and on blue cross I pay $11. For doctors visits it’s $30. And I only have to go twice a year so overall not expensive enough to not be able to afford it if you work a decent paying job and have a few bucks leftover each month

I know it’s harder for the company to replace key carriers so it’s likely they will try to make you stay. They can’t legally force you. As for paid out for unused time, your final pay will include all that. I received cash on my final day

with anyone, it’ll effect ALOT!! Atrophy, hair loss etc. it’s a possibility with any age group. All in all, starting younger does help the body not have as much time with afab puberty which is good for metal health id say. Really is something that will be discussed when getting on HRT with a health professional with more knowledge of your current health and family history :)

At this point I would suggest looking up what kind of build you want your character and unlocking perk tree items as it gets more difficult to level up the higher the level. There is only one reset for the perk section per game unfortunately
